decision regarding theriddlesgnome

i have decided that pony palace user theriddlesgnome has been officially WARNED. this warning will place theriddlesgnome at a higher risk of being banned in case of rules violations or people being uncomfortable with them and their conduct. please keep this in mind thank you. i would not like to issue any unnecessary bans if it can be helped. so i will be implementing this instead. it is like putting a cone on a dog where it is supposed to encourage changes in behavior but not harm the dog in any way. thank you
